Clik here to view. We’re coming up on a big, juicy Full Moon in Leo this Saturday 1/26.
Leo!
Oh Leo…how I love you! Let me count the ways…you’re generous, you’re playful, you’re energetic and enthusiastic, you’re charismatic and inspiring. You love to be seen and you’re not afraid to admit it. You’re an absolute delight, little lion and I want to hear you roar!
Ok. I think I can settle down now that I got all that off my chest. It’s true. This full moon brings us out of our shells. We’re ready to have the world’s attention. We need a bigger stage to share our magic with the world. There’s a deep need to express everything and express it in a big way.
The shadow to this wonderful energy is the feeling of being overlooked, under-appreciated and perhaps a little insecure about it all. When Leo is off kilter competitive urges flare and there’s lots of compare and contrast ending up on the painful side of the spectrum. A wounded lion is a fearsome creature and this moon brings out lots of old aches and pains due to neglect, invalidation and rejection. As always, though its painful to confront old wounds, the only way to heal something is to look it in the face. Welcome these old aches and pains as they make themselves known.
Everyone has some lion in them somewhere. Even if you don’t have any planets in Leo, Leo rules a house (an area of life) in your chart. If you tend to resist the loud and proud energy of Leo, use this moon to heal it. Why is it not okay to be loved, adored and admired? What’s preventing the spotlight from finding its way to you? Where do you need to feel more valued, loved and admired? Is there a space in your life that could use a little inspiration and enthusiasm? Do you have a medium and forum to express everything you think and feel freely?
What do you need to help you fall back in love with yourself and your life?
Leo rules the heart. Leo rules romance and children and risk-taking. There’s beauty and purity to this energy when it’s on fire and shining. There’s nothing better than the sunshine of healthy, happy Leo. Let’s stop shaming ourselves and the people around us for wanting and needing attention. No more holding back when it comes to declaring our love. Let’s celebrate the fire. Leo is so bright and warm. Let it warm the heart.
Speaking of Leo, I have Leo rising in my Solar Return Report for this year. What’s a Solar Return you ask? It’s a chart cast at the exact moment the Sun reaches the point it was at the moment of birth. The Solar Return literally means, when the Sun returns to it’s original point. It happens once a year, right around the birthday, give or take a day. We cast a chart for that moment to get a peek into what the next year will bring. What are the themes, challenges and areas ripe for breakthrough?
You can now get a computerized report detailing your Solar Return right here. I’ve been received amazing feedback about these reports. They’re long (anywhere from 35-50 pages) they’re detailed and they really get a person thinking about the gifts of the year ahead. If you have a birthday coming up, get yourself this gift, or buy it to celebrate a dear friend.
Heck, even if your birthday was six months ago, it could be interesting to see what the year has offered and will continue to offer. As I said, I’m in for a very Leonine year, according to my Solar Return and if you could see me right now, you’d agree. I started styling my hair. I upgraded my wardrobe and I’ve gussied myself up like never before so that the world can see and appreciate my beauty, my creativity and my charm. YES!
I’m in love, my friends…in love with my new job (it’s very public and relationship oriented so I can really use the charisma that Leo offers) and I’m in love with myself in it. Love is a very Leo thing.
LET THE FULL MOON IN LEO LULL YOU BACK TO LOVING YOUR LIFE!
I’m here if you need me and I’m totally in the mood to give you a shot in the arm. A loving shot of lion pride.
xo
